WALTERS, C.J. This is an appeal following a remand for supplemental findings in a divorce action. As in the first appeal, the central issue
concerns the magistrate's decision to set aside the parties' prenuptial agreement. Based upon the magistrate's supplemental
findings, we now affirm the magistrate's divorce decree. In so doing, we also uphold the magistrate's division of the parties'
property, an issue raised but not reviewed in the earlier appeal.
